Wine and Cheese

$480.00

"Wine and Cheese" was inspired by the timeless tradition of gathering — moments where life slows down and we savor simple pleasures. I wanted to capture that feeling of warmth and companionship that comes from sharing good wine, rich cheese, and fresh fruit with others.

The bold, saturated colors — the deep reds, greens, and vibrant blue background — are intentional. They create a joyful, almost celebratory energy, evoking the richness of taste and conversation. The slightly exaggerated shapes and strong contrasts add a playful, almost dreamlike quality, reminding viewers that these small rituals, while everyday, are also little celebrations of life.

Medium: Acrylic on Canvas

Size: 16 X 20

“Bridge to Life” holds a very specail meaning for me. I painted this while I was away from home for 6 weeks of radiation therapy after having a cancerous brain tumor removed.

Message “bridge” to receive a free printable copy of the painting and the story behind it.
